Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA!

With "Made in the USA" products, you know you can expect a high quality product!

How similar are these to my factory/stock carpeting?

The materials and colors we show are as similar as possible to your factory/stock carpeting.  With 11 different carpet materials and 188 different colors available, the color and material options we show for your vehicle will be the perfect replacement.

With that said, there may be slight color difference to your factory carpeting. If you have any questions or hesitations, feel free to order a free set of carpet samples.

Are these cut perfectly to fit?

Our carpeting is molded specifically to your vehicle.  You will still need to make minor cuts and trimming.  The material is purposefully cut slightly larger than your application for an easier installation.

What is mass backing?

Mass backing is an optional upgrade for most carpet molds.  It provides extra padding under the carpet, giving it a better heat and sound barrier.  The backing is approximately 45 mil thick, giving your flooring a better overall appearance as well.  See here for a visual representation.

What is "Complete" vs. "Passenger Only"?

"Complete" kits your entire carpet restoration project.  Where applicable, it includes the passenger area, cargo area, door panels, gas tank covers, wheel wells, etc.  The photo and listing description will have more information on what your kit comes with.

"Passenger" area means the entire passenger area of the vehicle- it excludes the cargo area.  For some restoration projects, for example cargo vans, you may want to restore only the front passenger area of the vehicle.  This does include the driver's side as well, "passenger area" in this sense normally just excludes the cargo area.

I'm not sure what color and material to choose.  Can you help me?

Yes, we can!  For the most part, your choice is made easy, as our product pages already have our recommended materials and colors to closely match your factory/stock carpets.  Feel free to order a free set of carpet samples if you're still not sure which option to choose.

Do you offer vinyl flooring for commercial vehicles?

Yes, in fact the option is already available on our product pages for most Trucks, SUVs, Vans and Jeeps!  If you're wanting vinyl flooring and the option isn't available, please contact us for a custom order.


Ordering & Shipping

How soon will I receive my order?

In most cases your orders will ship via UPS Ground within 2-3 business days.  There's no guessing on when you'll receive your order- as soon as it's headed out the door, we'll send you an email with a link to fully track your order.

What if I need to return my order?

Not a problem!  We're confident in the quality of our materials and molds- we will accept your return without any restock fees whatsoever within 30 days of your order.  Just contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll get you started within 1 business day.

Note: If you request a material or color option that is not available on our website by default, we will do our best to accommodate you with a custom order if you simply contact us.  In these cases, your order is non-returnable since it is considered a custom order.

Rejected international orders will be subject to a 25% restock fee.  Customers are responsible for all applicable customs and brokers fees.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do!  When checking out, simply choose an expedited option.  Your order will still require the normal manufacturing time (2-3 business days).  We do not offer expedited shipping rates for international orders.

Do you offer wholesale, dealer or car club discounts?

Yes, we do!  If you are interested in purchasing multiple flooring sets please contact us for a discount code.

If you will be making regular purchases we can set you up with a wholesale discount.  Please contact us for more details.  We may require additional information such as  business license information before setting up a wholesale discount.

International- do I need to pay customs or brokers fees?

Yes, international customers will need to pay all applicable customs and brokers fees for the full receipt value.  Any orders rejected will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
